These Terms govern use of the website and its actual digital workflows.

Website operator
This website is operated by RaseelX empowering intelligent solutions, Commercial Registration 7051821127. It provides general corporate information and controlled enquiry, consultation, RFP/project, supplier and career workflows.
Permitted use
You may use the website only for lawful information and genuine business or career purposes. You must not disrupt the service, probe or bypass security, send abusive automated traffic, impersonate another person, upload malware or illegal content, infringe third-party rights, or use the website for unlawful activity.
Information and accuracy
Website content describes approved capability areas at a general level and may change. It is not technical, legal, financial or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for checking the information needed for a decision.
Enquiries, RFPs and commercial commitments
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. An RFP or project submission is not acceptance by RaseelX. Actual commercial obligations arise only through a separately approved written contract, quotation, purchase order, statement of work or other authorised agreement.
Intelligent Enquiry and AI assistance
An AI-assisted response or generated brief is preliminary assistance for discussion. It is not a binding quotation, engineering assessment, professional guarantee, contractual commitment, tender acceptance, contract award or authority to proceed. Material decisions require authorised human review and, where relevant, a separate written agreement.
Suppliers and careers
Supplier registration does not constitute qualification, appointment, approval or a promise of work. Publishing a vacancy or receiving an application does not guarantee an interview, offer or employment and creates no employment entitlement.
User information and uploaded content
You must provide lawful and accurate information and have authority to upload every document. Do not upload malware, illegal content, content that infringes third-party rights, unauthorised confidential material or unnecessary Sensitive Data. You grant RaseelX a limited permission to receive, scan, store, analyse, assess and respond to the content only as needed to operate the requested workflow.
Intellectual property
RaseelX retains its rights in its name, asymmetrical X mark, visual identity, software and original website content and respects third-party rights. Except for ordinary viewing and a lawful personal copy, protected material may not be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without written permission or another applicable legal right.
Third-party services and links
Microsoft, OpenAI and any linked third-party service operate under their own terms and privacy arrangements. A link or integration does not make third-party content a RaseelX commitment, and availability may change.
Availability, disclaimers and liability
RaseelX may maintain, suspend, restrict or change the website to protect security or improve operation, and cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RaseelX is not responsible for indirect loss arising solely from reliance on general website or AI-assisted information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the competent authorities and courts in the Kingdom unless a binding written agreement lawfully provides otherwise.
